Each April, we host a Fun On The Farm field trip for area students. It is organized by our local Crawford County Extension agents, and includes a variety of farm-related stations that educate students (and parents) about where food comes from and what is involved in getting that food to the grocery store. Students rotate through the stations, including picking a small container of strawberries to take home. There is no charge, and we host approximately 1000 students from area schools and home school groups over the three day event.
